Marc-André Bombeck 9ecdda6358 fix(dates): show a stated calendar date as that date east of UTC+12
Day keys anchored at noon UTC went through the zone-aware
dateShortSmart, which shows them as the next day in UTC+12..+14. A
dateShortSmartCalendar formatter reads the key in UTC with the same
year rule, and the predictions panel, the illness timeline, the
intraday pulse day label, the nutrient chart and the coach result
chart use it. The lab chart dates a date-only reading by its calendar
date and a timed one in the reader's zone, as the lab lists do. The
timezone formatter guard now fails on a noon anchor handed to a
zone-aware formatter.

Marc-André Bombeck 0028290117 fix(cycle): read basal temperature and the unit-bearing chart titles in the reader's units
The basal body temperature field, its chart and its tooltip were fixed
to degrees Celsius whatever the reader had chosen: the placeholder said
°C, the field accepted only 30-45, the chart plotted Celsius and the
tooltip printed "{temp} °C". Two chart titles carried a fixed unit as
well ("Wrist temperature (°C)", "Walking speed (km/h)") above an axis
already in the reader's unit.

The field now reads and writes in the reader's unit and stores Celsius;
a reading the person did not touch is saved back unchanged rather than
through a round trip of rounding. The chart plots, pads and labels in
the reader's unit, the two titles drop the unit the axis already
names, and the cycle contrast's fixed kg, °C and mg/dL labels, which
the transform had already replaced, leave the bundles.

Marc-André Bombeck 7c5ff89def feat(lint): refuse UTC day keys outside the time zone module
`instant.toISOString().slice(0, 10)` and parsing a key back as UTC
midnight are the idioms behind every day-boundary fix this year: the
evening west of UTC and the small hours east of it land on the
neighbouring day. A new rule, healthlog/no-utc-day-key, refuses them in
src/ outside src/lib/tz and tests, and refuses a disable directive for
itself that is not next-line or gives no reason.

The time zone module now names every legitimate form: userDayKey for a
person's day, dateOnlyKey / dateOnlyAtNoonUtc / dayKeyAsUtcMidnight for
date-only values and day labels, daysBetweenDateKeys / weekdayOfDateKey /
isCalendarDateKey / statedDateKey for key arithmetic and parsing.

Of the 133 sites the rule found, 84 are gone. Most moved onto a named
helper with no change in behaviour; these changed behaviour:

- cycle calendar, insights, Coach snapshot and prediction refresh start
their lookbacks at the first instant of the user's day
- a model-transcribed date like "June 10, 2026" no longer lands a day
early in a process east of UTC (documents and lab scans)
- a custom report range covers exactly the picked days in the profile
zone instead of starting the evening before west of UTC
- date-of-birth pickers cap at the user's today, not the UTC one
- an allergy onset date is stored at noon UTC like other date-only values
- the report's cycle summary, the Coach's usual BP range and the intake
projector's rollup recompute use the user's day
- vaccination dates render as dates instead of the previous evening

49 remain, each with its reason on the line above: 39 UTC by design (15
file name stamps, rollup and object keys, the UTC-day score engines) and
10 marked baseline. A guard test requires a classified reason on every
directive and holds the baseline to a ceiling that only goes down.

Marc-André Bombeck 8a11e60bb3 fix(cycle): state the cycle-phase glucose row in the reader's unit
The cycle-phase table printed the bundle's mg/dL label beside raw mg/dL
values for every reader. Weight, temperature and now glucose rows take
their unit and conversion from the one reading resolver; every other
row keeps its bundle label.

Marc-André Bombeck 17c31c37a5 fix(links): offer the unlink undo inside the sheet
The picker lives inside a modal sheet, and a toast sits outside it where
its button cannot be pressed while the sheet is open. The undo is now a
line under the chips that stays until the next change. The calendar's
intercourse diamond also grows a step so it reads as a diamond on a
phone rather than a dot.

Marc-André Bombeck 0390d124cb fix(cycle): mark intercourse and other logged entries on the calendar
An intercourse entry left no trace on the month grid and the legend had
no entry for it. The day now carries a diamond marker, and anything else
logged that day with no marker of its own (a test, contraception,
spotting, a temperature, a mucus or cervix reading, a note) shows a
hollow ring, so a day with one of those logged no longer looks empty.
Both are named in the legend and in the cell's accessible label.

Marc-André Bombeck a15a148667 fix(insights): hold the scores strip until the cycle ring is decided
For a cycle-tracking account the strip painted Strain first and swapped
it for the cycle ring once the calendar read landed, moving the row
under the reader. The ring's decision now reports while it is pending,
and the strip keeps its skeleton until then.

Marc-André Bombeck a6c65bd37e fix(insights): give the cycle ring a score cell only when it has a dial
The scores strip reserved a cell for the cycle ring, and dropped Strain to
make room, whenever the cycle module was on. Without an active cycle the
ring renders nothing, so the row showed a gap where Strain used to be. The
overview now asks the same calendar read whether there is a dial today.

Marc-André Bombeck e9e060083c fix(cycle): list symptoms one per line with the intensity beside them (#1001)
Selecting a symptom grew its chip inline with the 1-4 intensity
selector, which reflowed the wrapping row and moved the chips after it,
often out from under the finger reaching for the intensity. Each symptom
is now its own row: the toggle on the left, the intensity on the right.
The intensity's space is laid out whether or not it is shown, so a
selection changes colours and reveals it in place and nothing moves.
The intensity stays optional and out of the tab order until the symptom
is picked. Long names wrap instead of truncating.

Marc-André Bombeck 7d25bb7352 fix(cycle): log past dates as themselves, in any order (#1004)
The log sheet took its "Day N" header and its "period ended" button
from the verdict, which is the answer about today. A January date opened
in September read "Day 2", and a back-dated period could only be closed
on dates where today happened to be a bleeding day, so the button came
and went as unrelated months were filled in.

The calendar read now carries, per date, the cycle day of the logged
cycle that date belongs to (null before the first start, after today, or
past the verdict's ceiling for an open cycle) and whether a one-tap
period end can land there. The sheet reads both off the grid day for the
date it opened on.

Saving a new entry with nothing picked used to write an empty row: the
request succeeded, the sheet closed and the calendar had nothing to
draw, which read as a save that did nothing. Save now needs something to
store and says what, and an emptied existing entry still saves. The
sheet also stops writing until the opened date's own entry has loaded,
because until then it held the previous date's row id and a quick Save
patched the wrong day.

On the server, a start recorded a few days after an earlier one is the
same period entered in the other order: opening the earlier start now
folds the later one into it instead of leaving a one-day cycle in front
of it, and a bleed too far before the next start to be its first day and
too close to be a cycle of its own no longer infers a start. Opening or
removing a start re-attributes the day-logs whose cycle changed.

Marc-André Bombeck e7a1950f3a refactor(sharing): retire the coarse "may this person add" answer
`canWrite` is the grant's LEVEL and carries no scope term. Its docblock said
"May this caller ADD to that record", and the client hook republished it as
`canAdd`, so fourteen controls across measurements, medications, labs, illness
and the dashboard gated a create on a boolean that answers `true` for a WRITE
grant scoped to the document vault — a grant whose writable-section list is
empty, because the vault takes no delegated write at any level.

Nothing shipped was visibly wrong before the capture picker, because the nav
drops a section a grant does not open. That is a property of one surface, not
of the answer, and the answer is the thing many controls read.

So the coarse answer is gone from the hook, and every consumer asks
`canWriteDomain` for its own section instead: `measurements` on the two
measurement surfaces and the dashboard's empty state, `medications` on the
medication list, table, ledger, card menu and side effects, `labs` on the lab
list and biomarker detail, `illness` on the episode list. Each of those is the
section its own route declares. `canWrite` keeps its name and its wire shape —
native clients read it — and its docblock now says what it is: whether the
grant is a reading one, with the per-section lists beside it for the question a
control actually has.

The hook table gained the vault-scoped WRITE grant as its own leg: level true,
every section false. The take-all-due fixture described a grant the server
never mints — `canWrite: true` over an empty writable list — and now derives
its list from the same table the server derives it from.
2026-09-10 11:02:32 +02:00
Marc-André Bombeck e95612e3d3 fix(sharing): show a guardian the controls the routes accept (#939)
useRecordCapabilities answers per section now. canWriteDomain and
canManageDomain read the two lists the account payload publishes; in
one's own record they are always true, and under a refused, pending or
unproven context always false. canManage becomes the coarse switch,
true when any section is manageable, and is what the banner and the
navigation read.

Every add, edit and delete control names its own section: labs, mind,
profile, illness, cycle, medications, measurements, documents. Creates
that a WRITE route answers (visits, practitioners) ask canWriteDomain.
The generic delete button, the selection bar, the capture picker, the
dashboard quick entry and the bottom nav take the section from their
callers. Controls whose routes resolve the caller rather than the
record (settings shortcuts, chart overlay preferences, custom metrics,
the Today rail, OCR, efficacy targets, credential tabs) ask for the
caller's own record instead, and the customise-shortcut guard now
requires that shape.

The vault has no delegated write route, so its controls stay withheld
under every grant, and the documents page says so in one sentence
where the upload control would be, in all seven locales.
2026-09-09 19:42:27 +02:00
Marc-André Bombeck 5556478691 Make uploads and every other write work over plain HTTP
crypto.randomUUID() is [SecureContext] in the Web Cryptography IDL, so a
page served over plain HTTP never gets it. Measured in Chromium against
http://<lan-ip>: isSecureContext false, randomUUID and subtle undefined,
getRandomValues still a function.

The document vault minted its queue id and Idempotency-Key that way, inside
the file-input change handler. On a LAN self-host the call threw before a
queue row existed, so picking a file produced no upload, no error and no
trace — the picker simply looked inert, and the only way through was to
reach the app over HTTPS. The client transport has minted a default
Idempotency-Key the same way since v1.37.18, which put every apiPost and
apiPatch on the same footing: on such a host nothing wrote at all.

Add randomId(), which prefers the platform call and otherwise assembles a
v4 UUID from getRandomValues — the same CSPRNG, the same 122 bits, no
secure context required — and route every browser-side call site through
it. Nothing in an upload needs one: the bytes travel over multipart XHR and
every cryptographic operation happens on the server. Passkeys, web push and
home-screen install still need HTTPS; browsers withhold those outright.

A structural guard fails a direct crypto.randomUUID() anywhere outside the
two server-side files that may keep it, so the class cannot return one call
site at a time.

Also point the CSV and JSON import cards straight at the import guide. They
resolved through a redirect under the integrations tree, which is the wrong
place for a guide that is not an integration runbook. The suite that
covered those links pinned the old spelling rather than the guarantee; it
now asserts an absolute docs-site URL, no internal path, and new-tab
hygiene.

Marc-André Bombeck 7f6eae8425 style(ui): pull off-scale spacing and micro-labels onto the scale
Sweep the spacing rests that sat off the 1/1.5/2/3/4/6/8/10 scale: the
health-score panels and their skeleton, the recommendation ask-Coach
gutter, the onboarding tour footer, the vaccination row, the danger-zone
alert margins, the recovery-codes action wrapper, and the chart-tooltip
tile. Move the last hand-written micro-sizes (coach counters, the
personal-record badge, the score-ring label, the dose-history and
cycle-calendar headers, the mood tag chips) onto the text-2xs token, and
give the documents upload buttons the mobile tap floor their peers set.

Marc-André Bombeck f63fdb373e fix(cycle): use the shared query-error primitives on failed cycle reads
The cycle tabs rendered a bespoke error row in muted text, wrapped in a
bare card. Replace it with the shared primitives: QueryErrorCard on the
standalone prediction/insights/settings tabs, and a borderless
QueryErrorRow inside the calendar card so the failure reads as foreground
content with retry rather than muted meta. Test watched the muted row
first.

Marc-André Bombeck 5445bfc1f1 refactor(ui): give Settings and Admin one card rhythm and one page header
The two consoles used the same primitives and still read as two systems,
because everything without a primitive had drifted: the header-to-body
step existed in three competing techniques at once (`mt-4` on the first
body child, `space-y-4` on the card, `mb-4` on the header), the body
started either at the card edge or 28 px in, and both shells hand-rolled
the page title instead of calling `PageHeader`.

Move the decisions into the primitives so a call site cannot re-open them:

- `SettingsCard` is gap-based like `Card` (`flex flex-col gap-4`). The
header-to-body step is the container's, not a margin somebody remembers.
A dense card still overrides the gap on the card itself.
- The body starts at the card edge. `pl-7` is gone — off the spacing scale,
and it mis-aligned action rows against their own forms wherever two
  neighbouring cards disagreed about it.
- The card header's description slot loses its `space-y-1`. That was the
licence call sites used to stack explainer paragraphs into a muted
`text-xs` slot; the slot holds one sentence.
- New `SettingsCardActions`: one action row, trailing edge, last thing in
the card. `align="start"` spells the one exception, a card whose only
  actions are links out.
- New `StatTile` replaces four hand-rolled label/value boxes in Admin.
- `SectionHeading` moves from `insights/` to `ui/`. It is the heading above
a group of cards, which is what Settings needs; Settings had been using a
card header with no card, which reads as a card that failed to paint.

Both shells now render their heading through `PageHeader`, which gained
`headingAs="div"` for the second copy each shell paints (mobile above the
nav strip, desktop inside the grid) so only one is a real `<h1>`. The
page explainer is muted everywhere: the primitive said foreground, the
standards and every hand-rolled copy said muted, so pages disagreed with
each other. Medications, Vorsorge, the labs / custom-metric / illness
detail pages and the clinician view drop their hand-rolled title blocks
too, including the mid-word truncation on the medications subtitle.

Tests pin the parts that can be checked exactly: the card's gap, the
description slot's missing rhythm, the action row's two alignments, the
`<h1>`-free shells, and a sweep asserting `pl-7` stays gone.

Marc-André Bombeck 85240e96b1 fix(cycle): route the new save signals through the shared affordances
Two repo-wide guards caught the additions rather than a reviewer, which
is what they are for.

The success toasts reached for sonner directly. The success affordance
belongs to the outcome module, which binds it to the success key and
nothing else, so a surface cannot raise a green toast for a write that
wrote nothing. They go through toastWrittenOutcome now.

The sheet's date header formatted a day key in the browser's zone. A
cycle day key is a calendar day, not an instant, so it is anchored at
noon UTC and rendered in UTC, the same anchor the domain's day
arithmetic uses. Otherwise a reader east or west of the browser zone
could see the sheet name a different day than the one it writes to.

Marc-André Bombeck bd6089734d fix(cycle): let the month grid read the month it is showing
The page reads one window anchored on today, ninety days back and half a
year forward, and the month grid navigates freely past it. A month
outside the window came back with no days: the cells still rendered
(they come from the month, not the read) and still opened the log sheet,
and the write behind it still landed, because the period route is built
for back-dating and re-anchors the neighbouring cycles for it. What did
not happen is anything visible. Saving an April flow in August closed
the sheet onto a month the read never carried, so the entry looked like
it had not been made, and entering it again did not help.

The grid now reports the month it moved to and gets its own bounded read
for it. The anchored window is untouched, because every other surface on
the page means today and the route caps a span at 400 days, so a union
with a month two years back would simply be refused.

A write also says so now. Saving, deleting and both period boundaries
raise a confirmation; the sheet's inline strip already named a failure.
Between the invisible month and the silent success there was no way to
tell a save that worked from one that never happened.

The sheet header carries the date it is writing to, and the one-tap
boundaries drop the word today when the day is not today. It always
wrote to the selected date; saying otherwise made a correction read as a
mistake.

The gear beside the log button is gone. It was a second door to the tab
directly below it and no other page carries one in that corner.

- calendar days carry isCycleStart, so the delete dialog can say that
removing this day removes the period start with it
- window arithmetic is a pure module with its own tests, including the
400-day span the anchor cannot be widened past
- integration: a day 111 back is written, is absent from the anchored
read, and comes back complete on a window over its month
- new strings in all six languages

Marc-André Bombeck 7817632385 Hide the controls a delegate cannot use, surface by surface
Every page a switch can reach now renders the controls the grant covers and
none of the others. Readings, lab results and illness entries keep their add
path at WRITE and lose edit, delete and selection at both levels. Mood,
screeners, cycle days, checkup reminders and the document vault lose every
mutation control at both levels, because no grant admits those verbs and the
routes behind them refuse a switched session outright.

Absent, not disabled, throughout. The banner already says whose record this
is, so no chip repeats it beside each missing button; the one exception is
the measurements empty state, where somebody who may add will look for the
edit control beside the row they just entered, and one muted line says where
the limit is.

Two dead ends went with them: the custom-metric section on the measurements
page linked every row into a route the shell turns a delegate away from, and
the wrench glyphs point at settings pages sharing does not cover.

Marc-André Bombeck 043d2ba143 Give the mobile cycle smoke test a verdict to render
The spec hand-builds a calendar response, and the wheel now reads the
resolved verdict from it. Without the field the ring paints empty, so the
fixture derives the verdict from the same phase plan it derives the day
grid from and the two cannot drift apart.
2026-08-01 10:48:51 +02:00
Marc-André Bombeck dbecbbcbdb Publish the resolved cycle verdict instead of letting each client work it out
The cycle ring's day count, its phase arcs, and the judgement that a period
is late all used to be worked out in web client code, including the
fourteen-day grace window that decides when the count stops being an
observed fact. Anything else that wanted the same answer had to reproduce
that rule, and a second copy of it is how a ring ends up showing someone a
cycle day their record does not hold.

GET /api/cycle/calendar now carries a verdict: the state, the cycle day,
the ring's arcs, the cycle start, how many days until the next period, and
when the period is late, how late. It is resolved against the user's own
timezone day, which a browser in another zone cannot do. The web wheel,
the wellness-strip tile, the insights teaser and the temperature chart all
render it, the grace constant is gone from the components directory, and
the spec says the field is required.

The overdue caption now names the number of days instead of only saying
later than usual.

Marc-André Bombeck 7233845b10 Close four ways around the locale guard
The guard read a parameter as required whenever it carried no question
mark and no default, so `Locale | undefined`, `Locale | null`, a locale
widened to `any`, and a default sitting on the destructuring pattern all
walked straight past it. Each of those lets a caller say nothing and the
sentence come back in English, which is the bug the guard exists to stop.

A counter-case pins the other direction: a plainly required locale still
reads clean, so the guard stays quiet on the shape the chain is meant to
have. The correlation read now also asserts the language it was asked in;
nothing else in that file would have noticed it going back to English.
2026-07-31 11:08:06 +02:00
Marc-André Bombeck 48ac8f7e2d fix(ui): a mis-tap must not be able to destroy an allergy list
Settings → AI "About me" had one Clear control wired to
`save.mutate({ aboutMe: "", allergies: "" })`. One tap, no dialog, and
the allergy line went with the note — while the toast it raised said
"About-me note cleared", which is what the control looks like it does.
The allergy line is the first thing a clinician reads and the column is
overwritten in place, so there is nothing to restore afterwards.

Scope the control rather than only gating it: it now writes `aboutMe`
alone and omits `allergies`, which the PUT leaves untouched by contract,
so the payload cannot carry the allergy line away even if the dialog is
ever dropped. Clearing allergies stays possible in the allergies field
itself, which is a deliberate act on the thing being emptied. The
confirmation on top guards the note.

The same one-tap shape ran through thirteen other controls that
overwrite a column or drop a credential with nothing to restore from.
They route through the shared confirmation now: both Codex disconnects
(personal and the instance-wide shared account), the AI server key, the
profile photo, the threshold reset — all, per metric, and the override
switch, whose off position performed the same irreversible delete from a
control that reads as a display toggle — the source-priority order, the
dashboard layout, the Insights overview, a single target range, a
remembered Coach fact, a past Coach plan, a logged cycle day and a custom
cycle symptom.

`ConfirmButton` moves to `components/ui`, since it is no longer a
settings-local helper, and gains `ConfirmDialog`: the same dialog without
a trigger, for destructive controls that are not buttons. A switch has to
stay on when the dialog its off position raised is cancelled, and a
control that could not reach for the primitive reached for nothing —
which is a fair part of why those were the ones that shipped unguarded.

Copy lands in all six locales.

Marc-André Bombeck 6cf56ce456 test: mock the unit-display hook in the crosstab, vitals, and MCP suites
The crosstab, vitals, and cycle-summary renders are static server renders with
no QueryClient; the new preferred-unit hook reads through the auth query, so
mock it to a real metric-preference implementation (identity values, canonical
symbols) that matches the render those suites assert. Register the new unit
resolver on the MCP write-tools module mock so the preview path resolves.

Marc-André Bombeck 13b88e47f5 fix(insights): convert weight and temperature in the mood/cycle crosstabs and the plateau note
Route the weight and temperature displays in the mood-factor and cycle-phase
crosstabs and the GLP-1 plateau note through the unit transform: absolute phase
averages take the affine conversion, deltas stay factor-only, and the unit
symbol follows the preference. Thread a unit token into the plateau evidence
copy across the six locales so the sentence reads in the user's unit.

Marc-André Bombeck c23f2545cc Give every locale its own strings on the non-prompt surfaces
Four locales received English on surfaces whose translations were
already complete, because the resolving code was a de/en binary.

- Medication reminder push and the Telegram inline-keyboard labels
admitted only de/en, so es/fr/it/pl got the English template on every
channel. Route the resolver through a shared coerceLocale().
- The Coach's trailing "reply now in X" clause said English for any
non-German locale, overriding the correct system-prompt directive.
Read the language name from a shared map instead.
- Coach refusal copy was a de/en constant pair, answering four locales
in English at the one turn the Coach is declining to help. Move the
copy into the bundles; the EN/DE constants now derive from them.
- The sleep-stage chart formatted axis ticks as en-US for four locales;
the cycle calendar and the device-score tile followed the *browser*
locale rather than the app locale.
- Three components carried a byte-identical duration formatter that
branched on German. Lift it to one key-driven helper.

Polish needs a third plural tier: 2-4 takes a "few" form a two-form
scheme cannot express, so "2 godzin temu" read as "2 of-hours ago".
Add a pluralKey() helper driven by Intl.PluralRules and a Few tier to
the relative-time and stale-hint keys. The five locales whose rules
have no "few" category resolve exactly as before by construction, and
their Few values mirror Other. Teach the reverse-coverage guard to
expand a pluralKey() base into its three tiers.

Marc-André Bombeck e1c6941b20 fix(ui): lift muted meta text off the sub-xs floor
Bump text-[10px]/text-[11px] to text-xs on muted description, hint, and
status-label surfaces that had drifted below the type-scale floor —
coach conversation captions, settings/admin status badges, mood
confidence pills, side-effect and cycle meta lines. Tabular-nums
badges, chart-plot legend/axis chrome, ring geometry, and
width-constrained tag tiles keep their compact size by design.

Marc-André Bombeck a977df24a0 fix(ui): catalog loading/error truth, info-popover dedupe, touch sweep
Metric catalog page painted every metric as "Not tracked yet" (with
Connect CTAs) while its four availability probes were still in flight,
and stayed there forever on a failed batch — a load failure indistinguishable
from an honest absence. Gate rows on the probes' aggregate loading/error
state: row skeletons while loading, a QueryErrorCard with retry on failure.

Repoint ComplianceInfoTip onto InfoPopover instead of carrying a verbatim
structural copy (adds icon/align/data-slot override props to the shared
primitive); migrate the cycle log-sheet's FieldInfo off a hover Tooltip
onto the same click-opened InfoPopover, since a hover trigger never opens
reliably on the sheet's thumb-first touch surface.

Lift ViewToggle/SegmentedToggle off their stale 40px tap floor onto the
44px/36px floor the sibling intake and history-rail controls already
carry, and correct the docstrings to match. Restore the dropped
safe-area-inset-top term in /coach/conversations' height calc so it
matches /coach on notched devices. Bring the coach history rail's
off-scale spacing and sub-floor timestamp text onto the standard scale.

Marc-André Bombeck 1ff179178f fix(dates): show the year whenever a date is not the current one
Sweeps every surface that renders a date from before this year without
a year suffix — illness episodes/flares/day-logs, lab and custom-metric
charts, the mood chart family, medication titration/side-effects/dose-
history/next-dose captions (incl. the Dec→Jan rollover), cycle
predictions and history, the BBT chart, the intraday-pulse day-nav, the
date-range filter chip, and the nutrient/compliance charts. Each now
routes through dateShortSmart / dateWithWeekdaySmart (format-locale.ts)
or the matching date-format.ts helper, which add the year only when it
differs from the current one — mirroring the workout list's existing
model instead of a bare "19.02." that reads as this year's.

Also fixes two sites that bypassed the app's locale entirely: the
trusted-devices expiry (bare toLocaleDateString, host locale) and the
admin token-name timestamp (hard-coded de-DE + Europe/Berlin) now both
render through the user's own locale, hour-cycle, and timezone
preference.

Marc-André Bombeck 9f21d9f20d fix(cards): retire banned p-5 shells and accent header icons
Bring the structural card-anatomy offenders onto the spacing scale. The
cycle wellness-tile family (ring tile, phase-education, insight summary,
cycle view) and the insights wellness-scores tile drop banned p-5/px-5
py-5 for p-4 md:p-6 and keep their premium hue surface; their header and
info glyphs move off text-primary to foreground, spinners to muted. The
onboarding hand-rolled shells (anamnesis card, baseline form,
getting-started checklist, tour tooltip) drop p-5/space-y-5/rounded-2xl
for p-4 md:p-6/space-y-4/rounded-xl. settings/anamnesis-section moves its
three raw Card+CardTitle shells onto SettingsCard + SettingsCardHeader.

Marc-André Bombeck 23ded20306 fix(pages): replace bare auth-gate spinners with a layout-reserving skeleton
Introduce a shared PageAuthGate (header + tile skeleton) and adopt it on the
top-level pages that flashed a lone centered spinner while auth resolved:
mood, measurements, achievements, illness, mental-wellbeing, checkups, cycle,
and the labs / medications / custom-metrics / illness detail routes. The
auth-resolving frame now reserves the page geometry instead of snapping in
after a spinner.

Marc-André Bombeck e5ca125dfb fix(onboarding,integrations,cycle): deep-link source chips + cycle settings wrench
- Onboarding 'more sources' chips anchor to their provider card
(/settings/integrations#oura etc.); connection cards gain scroll anchors.
Apple Health (no web card) stays on the page root.
- Cycle module gains a header settings wrench for parity with labs /
medications / illness; the tab strip is now controlled so the wrench jumps
to the settings tab and ?tab= deep-links keep working.

Marc-André Bombeck e260b2d5c4 perf(charts): one shared async boundary for the whole recharts surface
Every next/dynamic chart import used to point at its own module, so
Turbopack emitted a separate chunk group per boundary — the production
build carried EIGHT ~312 KB copies of the recharts module graph, and
/insights (the worst-LCP route) downloaded two of them (~92 KB gz of
pure duplication, one fully unused at load).

All chart loaders now resolve the single chart-runtime barrel
(src/components/charts/chart-runtime.ts), which owns the only path to
recharts: one shared chunk group, recharts exists exactly once in the
build (verified: 8 -> 1 recharts-fingerprinted chunks), cached across
routes. Charts stay recharts and stay pixel-identical; every call site
keeps its own matching skeleton and ssr:false flag.

Riders of the same rule:
- the mood-trio barrel (mood-charts.ts, the v1.16.7 precedent this
generalises) folds into the runtime and is removed
- the vitals sparkline body extracts to delta-sparkline.tsx and loads
through the runtime; the tile keeps the fixed 40 px band, so the
async gap is an identically-sized empty box
- /cycle's BBT chart (the last static recharts import on a live route)
defers through the runtime with a card-matching skeleton

Marc-André Bombeck 8d36e69f75 refactor(ui): migrate hand-rolled tile headers onto TileHeader
Nine insights/cycle cards hand-rolled their icon+title rows at drifting
sizes and colours: the sleep trio (debt, chronotype, average) and the
glucose clinical panel led with h-4 accent icons, the cycle module
(predictions, BBT chart, symptom patterns) coloured its header icons
text-primary against both header contracts, and the hypnogram,
correlation card, and mood correlation cards carried bespoke title rows.
All of them now compose TileHeader.

TileHeader grows the two documented gaps instead of a fourth header
language: an optional icon (text-only tile titles) and the ONE sanctioned
compact variant size="sm" (icon h-4 w-4, title text-sm) used by the dense
correlation tiles. The sleep-rhythm guard test now pins the tile-header
slot instead of the retired accent icon colour.

Marc-André Bombeck 75b0e618b4 fix(cycle): stop the wheel counting past a plausible cycle day
A user-visible "day 90" inside the cycle ring traced to the open
cycle's phase window: the engine labels every day up to the predicted
next start, and a confirmed or anchored ovulation signal (BBT trend,
symptothermal double-check, LH surge — all clamped to future next
starts) or a long estimated length can push that prediction into the
future while the last logged period start is months old. Every day of
the gap then carries a population-framed LUTEAL label, and the wheel's
back-walk counted the whole gap as one giant cycle.

deriveWheelState now applies an honest ceiling: beyond the profile's
typical cycle length plus a 14-day grace window the wheel drops the
day count and phase claim, draws the canonical four-phase dial, and
the view swaps the caption for a factual "period is later than usual —
the count pauses" line plus a log-period CTA. The dashboard ring tile
and the insights summary card share the same derivation, so neither
can show the inflated count. Calendar labels and the server DTO are
unchanged.

Marc-André Bombeck 887c79ec86 refactor(ui): unify page headers and surface read failures
Add a PageHeader primitive (one H1 vocabulary, optional description,
back-link, and action slots) and route the hand-rolled headers through
it, so every module reads with the same title/subtitle rhythm and no
icon beside the page title. Mental Wellbeing gains a visible header.
Add a QueryErrorCard and wire the list surfaces so a failed read shows
a retry card instead of falling through to the empty state, and swap
their full-page spinners for skeletons that hold the layout.

Marc-André Bombeck b02e3e4072 fix(mobile): close safe-area gaps and lift sub-44px tap targets
Subtract both the top and bottom safe-area insets from the full-page
Coach height so the composer no longer slides behind the bottom-nav on a
notched phone, and pad the Coach drawer composer and the ResponsiveSheet
bottom-sheet footer for the home-indicator band.

Raise the cycle and illness day-log severity controls to a 44px touch
floor, add hit-slop to the custom-symptom remove button, give the shared
day-log chips a min height, and let the mood-tag action cluster wrap so a
360px row no longer clips the tag name.

Marc-André Bombeck 75129c798d refine(cycle): consolidate disclaimer, align columns, unify tiles
Move the non-medical disclaimer to the cycle-tracking on-ramp and drop it
from the repeating in-feature surfaces (calendar tab, predictions panel);
delete the now-unused disclaimer component. Align the left ring column with
the tab content rather than the tab strip. Raise the settings subheading
sizes to the standard card-description scale. Reflow the reminder rows so a
wrapping label no longer collides with its button at narrow widths. Unify
the wheel and phase-education tile padding. Cite the symptothermal
double-check primary source under the second fertility sign.

Marc-André Bombeck d2be72d57a feat(mobile): add scroll-touch momentum utility for horizontal strips
Add a `.scroll-touch` utility that restores iOS WebKit momentum
scrolling (`-webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch`) and contains the
overscroll chain so a flick at the end of a horizontal row does not
rubber-band the whole page. Apply it to the insights tab strip and the
cycle tab list — the two in-app horizontal scrollers that lost inertial
flick under the default `overflow-x-auto`.

Marc-André Bombeck 3ba542f797 fix(onboarding): make the guided tour first-time-only, drop every re-entry trigger
The guided tour now exists only as the first-time auto-start after onboarding.
Remove every in-app trigger that re-opened it: the per-module "show this tour"
button on the dashboard, measurements, mood, medications, labs, illness, cycle,
achievements, insights, and coach surfaces; and the Settings replay card.

Delete the now-orphaned ModuleTourTrigger component, the tour-restart worker,
the healthlog:module-tour and healthlog:tour-restart event listeners, the
single-stop overlay path, and the force-launch session marker. The first-time
auto-launch gate and the tour overlay itself are unchanged. Prune the orphaned
i18n keys across all locales and update the affected tests.

Marc-André Bombeck 33fec28b29 feat(onboarding): per-module tour re-entry + consolidated replay
Add a 'Diese Tour zeigen' affordance to every module header that opens the
tour narrowed to that module's card in place, plus additive data-tour
anchors (measurements/medications/labs/illness/vorsorge/cycle/mood/
insights/coach/integrations/export/achievements) so the cross-page walk
has a real target on each page. Consolidate the full-tour replay onto a
single Settings -> Advanced card, relabel it, and drop the duplicate from
About. The replay reset clears the stored progress so it restarts cleanly.

Marc-André Bombeck f3388ceb70 feat(cycle): redesign the log-day sheet — phase header, field info, wider dialog
Anchor the capture surface to the ring and lower its cognitive load:

- A hue-tinted phase-context strip (day-of-cycle + phase) at the top of the
sheet, on the wellness-tile surface, honesty-gated the same way the phase-
education card is — no phase claim until prediction is on, not raw-chart,
and at least three cycles observed; otherwise a neutral day header.
- Inline field explainers (FieldInfo) on the clinical fields: BBT, cervical
mucus, ovulation test, spotting, pregnancy/progesterone test, intercourse,
protection — factual, descriptive-only, reachable by keyboard and screen
  reader.
- BBT is now the shadcn Input rather than a bare element, with a morning-
timing hint, so it matches every other control.
- The symptothermal section (Temperature & ovulation) auto-expands for
fertility goals and for an edited day that already holds a fertility sign,
so a pre-filled value is never hidden behind a collapsed section.
- Desktop dialog widened to lg so the form breathes.

The payload builders and the form-hydration reconciliation are unchanged, so
the wire contract and their unit tests are untouched.

Marc-André Bombeck eb40f9b46f feat(cycle): field-explainer tooltip + log-sheet i18n scaffold
Add a cycle-scoped FieldInfo affordance (a focusable, SR-reachable info
button with a 44 px touch target, mirroring the mood-explainer precedent)
and the i18n keys the redesigned log-day sheet needs: a cycle.fieldInfo.*
namespace of descriptive-only explainers (BBT, cervical mucus, ovulation
test, spotting, pregnancy/progesterone test, intercourse, protection) plus
cycle.sheet.phaseDayHeader and cycle.sheet.bbtHint, across all six locales.

Marc-André Bombeck 3bbc0016d9 fix(cycle): restore the wellness-tile entrance so the ring renders
The wheel tile, phase-education card, and dashboard cycle tile each set
both data-revealed and .wellness-tile-rise on the same node. The keyframe
selector is [data-revealed="true"] .wellness-tile-rise (descendant
combinator), so it never matched a same-node pair — the tiles stayed at
the rise rule's opacity: 0, invisible but still boxed. Lift data-revealed
onto a contents wrapper (the documented pattern from the cycle insight
summary card) so the entrance plays and the signature ring paints.
