fix(i18n): spell the Korean singular forms the way English does

Korean has no singular plural category, so the two ...One strings are
never chosen at run time, but they carried {count} where English writes
the number. They now read "1일 후" and "검사 수치 1개", which leaves no
placeholder that English lacks.
