deps(front): minimatch 11 pour eslint (alerte Dependabot #24)

minimatch < 11.0.1 (déni de service par amplification des globparts). Seul eslint
en dépend, outillage de dev ; Dependabot ne peut pas monter la version lui-même
(eslint demande ^10), d'où l'override. Lint, 359 tests, build, npm audit à 0.
