Steffen Becker 2f9dd3cdf7 docs: the CLA asks for the phrase its bot actually accepts
The signing instructions named a phrase the workflow ignores, and told
contributors to put it in the PR description rather than a comment - following
them left a PR blocked forever. Both files now quote the action's own phrase.
Drops the note that CLA Assistant still had to be set up; it is running.

# Contributor License Agreement (CLA)
**Project:** EdenText
**Maintainer / Licensor:** Steffen Becker <stffn.becker@gmail.com> (the "Maintainer")
By submitting a Contribution to this project (for example, via a pull request,
patch, or commit), You agree to the following terms for any past and future
Contributions submitted to the project.
## 1. Definitions
- **"You"** means the individual or legal entity making a Contribution.
- **"Contribution"** means any original work of authorship — including any
modifications or additions to existing work — that You intentionally submit to
the project for inclusion in, or documentation of, the software.
## 2. Copyright stays with You
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to Your Contributions. This
agreement does **not** transfer ownership of Your copyright; it only grants the
licenses below.
## 3. Copyright license grant
You grant the Maintainer, and recipients of software distributed by the
Maintainer, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable
copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display,
publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such
derivative works.
**Right to re-license (dual licensing).** You expressly agree that the Maintainer
may license and distribute Your Contributions, and any derivative works, under
**any license terms**, including:
- the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (or any later version), and
- one or more **separate commercial / proprietary licenses**.
This is what allows the project to remain open source under the AGPL while also
being offered commercially.
## 4. Patent license grant
You grant the Maintainer and recipients of the software a perpetual, worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated below) patent license
to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer Your
Contributions, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
by You that are necessarily infringed by Your Contribution alone or by combination
of Your Contribution with the project. If any entity institutes patent litigation
alleging that Your Contribution, or the project to which You contributed,
constitutes direct or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
granted to that entity under this agreement for that Contribution terminate.
## 5. Your representations
You represent that:
1. Each Contribution is an original creation by You, **or** You have the necessary
rights to submit it under the terms of this agreement.
2. Your Contribution does not, to the best of Your knowledge, violate any third
party's copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
3. If Your employer has rights to intellectual property You create, You have
received permission to make the Contribution on behalf of that employer, or
Your employer has waived such rights for the Contribution.
4. If any part of Your Contribution is **not** Your original work, You have
clearly identified it (e.g. its source and license) in Your submission.
## 6. No obligation
You understand that the decision to include Your Contribution in the project is at
the sole discretion of the Maintainer, and this agreement does not obligate the
Maintainer to use or incorporate Your Contribution.
## 7. No warranty
Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, You provide Your
Contributions on an **"AS IS"** basis, **without warranties or conditions of any
kind**, either express or implied.
---
**Agreement.** By submitting a Contribution to the project, You indicate Your
acceptance of this CLA. To record the signature, comment on Your pull request:
