Adds a dark purple/pink speaker favicon based on Lucide volume-2, with 16/32/48/64 px ICO frames, explicit HTML integration, license notice, Docker distribution, and structural tests.

Verification: 29 tests passed, Docker/container assets verified, visual inspection and independent review passed.
