The capstone of the daily-value milestone. On top of the Today view, the daily loop (coach check-in, morning freshness, daily note) and the documents/coach work already shipped, this completes the picture: - ECG woven into the insights narrative (device-attributed only, never the app's own reading; a new recording surfaces gently in Today). - Intraday heart rate as the shape of the day, with a careful elevated-at-rest tension note (never during activity, never a verdict). - Calm milestones — states reached, not streaks to keep. - The cohesion layer: the chosen health rings return to the Today hero, each surface carries its metric's calm colour identity, and a quiet reached-moment for a milestone — one design throughout. No new data collected; every daily surface reads the overnight digest. No migration in this release.
