test(insights): assert the overview no longer wires the inline ask-Coach affordance

Wave A removed the inline ask-the-Coach / suggested-questions block from
the overview hero (Coach is reached via the FAB + drawer). Update the
stale assertion that still expected onAskCoach/onPickPrompt + the launch
context on the page.
