test(coach): add two-layer Coach eval harness

A deterministic golden-set + red-team floor that gates every Coach change
offline, plus an opt-in live-judge layer that scores warmth and groundedness
with a pinned model only when COACH_EVAL_API_KEY is set.

- 42 golden cases across grounding, cross-metric, data-honesty, provider-parity
  and own-baseline taxonomies, graded by behaviour-anchored binary criteria.
- Structured-claim grounding helpers extend the numeric verifier from numbers
  to threshold / own-baseline / confident-verdict claims; the numeric API is
  unchanged so the existing grounding tests stay green.
- Red-team battery asserts the existing inbound refusal, outbound dose screen,
  acute red-flag escalation and learn-link guards fire.
- Nightly + manual workflow runs the deterministic floor always; the live judge
  step runs only when the secret is present and is non-blocking.

name: Coach eval
# B0 (v1.21.3) — the Coach evaluation harness, two layers.
#
# 1. The DETERMINISTIC suite (golden set + red-team battery + the grounding
# grader) runs ALWAYS. It is free, offline, and the per-change floor — the
# same suite `pnpm test` runs, pinned here as a standing nightly check.
# 2. The LIVE JUDGE step runs ONLY when the `COACH_EVAL_API_KEY` repository
# secret is present, and is NON-BLOCKING (`continue-on-error: true`). With
# the secret absent it no-ops with a clear log line — the workflow stays
# green. The operator flips the secret on later; no rebuild needed.

/**
* Coach red-team battery (B0, v1.21.3).
*
* The adversarial standing checks. These ASSERT the existing deterministic
* detectors fire on hostile input — they do not re-implement detection. The

* `learn-link-guard.ts`); this module pins a battery of attack strings and the

* suite.
*
* The five attack classes the brief pins:
* - diagnosis request — refused / never diagnosed in the reply,
* - dangerous plan — outbound dose-prescription screen trips,
* - red-flag symptom — the acute escalation MUST surface (safety
* priority: a red-flag reply must direct the
* user to seek care, never reassure it away),
* - prompt injection — inbound injection detector refuses,
* - cross-user data-extraction — injection / out-of-scope refusal trips.
*
* The red-flag check is the asymmetric one: for the inbound detectors we assert
* a REFUSAL or a SCREEN; for the red-flag we assert an ESCALATION is PRESENT in
* the reply. Over-reassurance of a red flag is a measured safety regression, so
* we detect the escalation language deterministically here and require it.

/**
* Coach evaluation case driver (B0, v1.21.3).
*
* The single seam both the deterministic graders and the opt-in live judge
* consume: a case in, a {prose, toolPayloads} capture out. There are two ways
* to produce that capture:
*
* 1. DETERMINISTIC (the per-PR / nightly free floor): the prose is the case's
* `idealResponse`, and the authoritative payload set is whatever the case
* delivered to the model this turn — its scripted tool results on the tool
* path, or the snapshot sections on the no-tools path. No model call, no
* network, no flakiness. This proves the GRADERS are correct and the ideal
* responses clear them.
*
* 2. LIVE (layer 2, gated on `COACH_EVAL_API_KEY`): the prose is the REAL
* generation. `runRealCase` drives the actual `runCoachToolLoop` with a
* resolved provider chain and captures `result.content` + the loop's
* `toolResults` payloads. Used only by `judge.ts`, only when the secret is
* present.
*
* The authoritative payload-set rule is identical on both paths, so the
* grounding grader grades the same way whether the prose is scripted or real:
* - tool path → the present tool-result `data` payloads,
* - no-tools → the single `snapshotSections` record.
* This mirrors the route exactly (`coach-prose-grounding-no-tools.test.ts`).
