test(e2e): doctor-report PDF + mobile-viewport smoke

doctor-report.spec.ts mocks /api/doctor-report with a
shape-correct payload, clicks the "Doctor report" button on
/settings/advanced, captures the resulting download via Playwright's
`waitForEvent('download')`, and asserts the file is >1KB and starts
with the `%PDF` magic.

mobile-viewport.spec.ts is a Pixel 5 only smoke that verifies the
dashboard has no horizontal scroll, the fixed bottom-nav doesn't
clobber main content, and every interactive CTA visible above the
fold meets WCAG 2.5.5 (≥44×44 CSS px). Skips on the desktop project
via testInfo.project.name.

/**
* Doctor-report PDF flow. The real flow:
* 1. User clicks "Doctor report (PDF)" on `/settings/advanced`
* 2. Frontend POSTs `/api/doctor-report` to fetch aggregated data
* 3. Frontend dynamic-imports `src/lib/doctor-report-pdf.ts` and
* generates the PDF client-side via jsPDF; calls `doc.save(...)`
* which triggers a download.
*
* This spec mocks step 2 (so we don't need 90 days of seeded data) and
* captures step 3's download via Playwright's download API. We then
* confirm the file is non-empty and starts with `%PDF` magic bytes.
