docs(readme): show the current app, the timeline and the day panel

Replace the June dashboard and the old gallery with current screens: the
dashboard, the timeline, the day panel, resting heart rate, medications,
labs and the coach. The resting heart rate view stays and is extended to
the same 16:10 frame as the others.
