fix(i18n): drop the "KI"/"AI" prefix from user-facing copy
Marc-Voice rule — the product never names itself "KI" or "AI" in copy. Settings -> "KI-Auswertungen" becomes "Auswertungen" / "Insights", the inner "KI-Insights" card heading collapses into the parent section heading, "Aktiver KI-Provider" becomes "Aktiver Provider", and the admin "AI Quality" view becomes "Insights Quality". Sweep across de / en / es / fr / it / pl. Provider product names (Anthropic, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI) are unchanged — those are proper nouns, not the "AI" label.
