i18n: translate the admin namespace for es/fr/it/pl
Translate the remaining admin.* real-sentence labels and prose that still matched English across es/fr/it/pl, plus a handful of stragglers outside admin (doctor-report hypertension grades in fr, the mind-and-body workout label in pl). Brand names, units, single technical tokens, URLs, and placeholder strings stay verbatim, mirroring the de reference.
