docs(dashboard): describe the MED_COMPLIANCE ring as today's dose tally

The scoreRings doc comment still called the ring the pooled 7-day
adherence — that was the v1.27.7 first cut. Since v1.27.8 the ring is
today's taken/scheduled dose progress from the snapshot's own medsToday
block (see src/lib/dashboard/score-rings.ts). Comment-only change.
