Marc-André Bombeck a5c894b58e i18n(medications): translate the injection-site strings for es/fr/it/pl ...

The injection-site / log-dialog / settings cluster shipped translated in
de and en but verbatim English in es, fr, it and pl, so those users saw
English copy in the medication wizard, the log-injection-site dialog and
the settings injection card. Localise the eleven keys and drop the two
orphaned injection-rotation keys in the same bundles.
