Analytics fast-path restored on long-running accounts. The boot-time rollup-backfill discovery query was matching only ZERO-rollup users; any account that ever folded silently stranded the moment a brand- new measurement type landed. Discovery now widens to per-type missing coverage so the boot-backfill queue picks these accounts up on the next deploy and folds them back into the fast-path.
