Marc-André Bombeck ce9b5bec29 fix(mental-health): drop the landing rhythm hint and lift page descriptions to foreground ...

The cadence sentence between the page header and the instrument cards
reads as clutter once the recall windows live in each instrument's own
description. The canonical PageHeader description also moves from the
muted tier to foreground: it is content, not meta.
