Marc-André Bombeck 922fe88c11 fix(ci): repin the metadata action and drop two dead exports ...

The freshly released metadata-action v6.1.0 exits without output on the
pull-request build path; both call sites pin back to the proven v6.0.0
commit. The dead-code gate also caught an unused read helper and an
unused analytics type left behind by the wave — both removed.
