Marc-André Bombeck ef585c34c4 test(e2e): draw the SMTP stub port below the ephemeral ranges ...

The stub port was drawn from 49152-65535. Linux assigns local ports for
outgoing connections from 32768-60999, so the drawn number could already
be held by a client socket the runner had opened, and the notification
journey failed in beforeAll with EADDRINUSE although no other stub was
listening. The port now comes from 20000-32767, below the Linux and
macOS ephemeral ranges.
