The lab unit conversion moves to the next release, so its note string leaves all seven bundles and the i18n pending list. The three columns that hold the conversion provenance stay (migration 0385, nothing writes them yet); the backup now carries them both ways, so the round-trip pending list is empty too and the conversion needs no backup change when it lands.
