Marc-André Bombeck eb1bbef295 chore(license): move to PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0
The project licence changes from AGPL-3.0 to the PolyForm Noncommercial
License 1.0.0 for this and future versions: free to use, modify and
self-host for noncommercial purposes; commercial use needs a separate
arrangement. Releases up to and including v1.15.18 were published under
AGPL-3.0 and remain available under that licence. LICENSE carries the
verbatim PolyForm text, and the SPDX identifier is updated in
package.json, the version endpoint, the OpenAPI info block, the image
labels and the README.

# v1.4.34 IW-A — release pipeline fires on tag pushes only. Earlier
# releases triggered the workflow twice on each cut: the squash-merge
# to `main` and the corresponding `v*` tag push landed within a second
# of each other and each kicked off its own build. Both runs ended
# green and produced the same image at the same SHA with overlapping
# tag sets (the main run added `latest`, the tag run added the
# semver tags), but the duplication doubled GHCR CI minutes for
# every release. Dropping `push.branches: [main]` collapses the
# pipeline to a single run per release tag. The `latest` rule in
# the metadata-action (`type=raw,value=latest,...`) now keys on
# the v* tag presence so each release still refreshes the `latest`
# alias in the same run. PR + workflow_dispatch triggers stay so
# the image still builds on PR validation and manual reruns.

# deterministically SIGILL-crashed Next 15's static export under

# v1.4.27 B3 — GeoLite2-City + GeoLite2-ASN databases are too large
# (~80 MB combined) to vendor in git. `scripts/fetch-geolite2.sh`
# downloads both editions into `assets/geolite2/` so the Dockerfile
# COPY at line 78 picks them up.
#
# Two intentional paths:
# - `MAXMIND_LICENSE_KEY` unset → emit a `::warning::`, drop a
# `.empty` marker into the assets directory so the Dockerfile
# COPY still has a non-empty source, and continue cleanly. The
# runtime resolver in `src/lib/geo.ts` detects the marker on
# first lookup and emits a one-shot admin notification — the
# maintainer hears about the gap from the running app rather
# than from a red CI badge that blocks every release.
# - `MAXMIND_LICENSE_KEY` set → run `fetch-geolite2.sh` and
# fail the build if it errors. The "Verify GeoLite2 databases"
# step below adds a belt-and-braces assertion that both MMDB
# files landed in `assets/geolite2/` before the Dockerfile
# COPY reads the directory, so v1.4.28-era silent fallback
# (offlineGeoEnabled: false on both nodes after a tag build)

# v1.4.15: trigger the Coolify deploy automatically once GHCR has
# the new image. Replaces the former manual SSH + force-pull recipe
# on the deployment host.
#
# Runs only on the publish path (push to `main` or to a `v*` tag), never
# on PRs. `continue-on-error: true` because the image is *already*
# published to GHCR by the time we reach this step — a Coolify-side
# outage must not retroactively fail the build. The maintainer still
# has the manual recipe as fallback.
#
# Required GitHub repository secrets (set by the maintainer once):
# COOLIFY_WEBHOOK = full deploy URL incl. ?uuid=...&force=false
# COOLIFY_TOKEN = Bearer token from Coolify UI -> Keys & Tokens
# Both secrets are referenced exclusively here. If either is unset, the
# step short-circuits to a skip rather than calling Coolify with empty
# auth.
#
# v1.4.26 P6-3 — maintainer toggle.
# Three releases in a row shipped via the host-side SSH-retag fallback
# because the secrets above silently absent + the warn-only skip
# below let the workflow stay green. The `vars.COOLIFY_AUTO_DEPLOY`
# repository variable now distinguishes the two intended modes:
#
# COOLIFY_AUTO_DEPLOY=on → if secrets present, deploy; if absent,
# FAIL the step so the maintainer sees the
# missing-secret gap on the next release.
# COOLIFY_AUTO_DEPLOY=off → unconditional skip with a notice. Use
# this when the host-side SSH recipe is
# the intended deploy path.
# (unset / any other) → warn-and-skip (legacy behaviour).

# Set the variable under repo Settings → Secrets and variables →
# Actions → Variables (NOT Secrets — it is intentionally readable).
