Marc-André Bombeck 03bc83a30e fix(compose): forward SESSION_COOKIE_SECURE through to the container (v1.5.2) ...

v1.5.1 added SESSION_COOKIE_SECURE env-var opt-out but the bundled
docker-compose.yml's environment whitelist didn't forward the variable
into the container. Setting it in .env was a silent no-op for the
running Node process. One-line addition closes the gap; default
behaviour unchanged.
