Component tests pin the path table, the step encoding, the
treatment-class to category mapping, and the create-vs-edit prop
branching. POST /api/medications gains pin-point coverage for the
new DIABETES and ANTIBIOTIC clinical-category values. Six Playwright
specs walk the new dialog end-to-end via the German label surface,
one per cadence shape; helpers consolidate the dialog-open + step
indicator assertions so each cadence spec only carries its own
sub-control selectors. The OpenAPI yaml refreshes to surface the
two new enum values to the iOS client.
