The pregenerate pass now warms the status cards even when the comprehensive step is budget-blocked, failed or timed out — the gap that left cards generating on first visit despite the nightly runs — and the loop gains a per-user timeout so one hanging provider cannot stall the tick. Schedule edits recompute their rollup days immediately, the compliance cache keys on the timezone, open doses no longer count against the nudge trigger, an invite sent against an open registration still lands in the ledger, the self-report prompt fence uses explicit data markers, the maintenance crons invalidate the caches they touch, and a flaky audit assertion polls instead of racing. Six care-focused achievements join the engine: miss-free streaks, measurement routine, a complete self-context and a sleep-log run.
