A practitioner's note, a visit's reason, outcome and body site and a vaccination's note travelled as stored ciphertext in a portable file, the same defect the cycle and mood sections had. They now go through the shared sealed-text helpers: readable in a portable file, sealed under the receiving host's key on restore, ciphertext kept only where this host opens it and otherwise reported as visitCiphertext or vaccinationCiphertext. The practitioner address and phone ciphertext of a disaster-recovery file gets the same check, since the key preflight now leaves these sections to it.
