Six specs walk the seven-step creation wizard end-to-end via the
German label surface, one per cadence kind, with shared step helpers
behind a single API stub. Verifies the medication lands in the list
view with the right next-due chip; one-shot suppresses the chip per
the design. Also closes the missing `wizard.page.backToList` key the
host route reads on /medications/new.
