Wire `pnpm format:check` into the Lint/Typecheck/Test job and extend .prettierignore so prettier never rewrites generator-owned artifacts: the OpenAPI contract (whose exact bytes the openapi:check job enforces), the build-emitted service worker, the Prisma client, and the lockfile.
