Marc-André Bombeck 6ad5eb25e9 test(insights): raise timeout on the 5 MB payload guard test ...

The features-payload-too-large guard constructs a ~5.6 MB rollup
payload and runs the whole serialiser pipeline to confirm the
ceiling fires. Local hardware completes the assertion well inside
the default 5 s budget, but the GitHub-Actions Ubuntu runners
crossed it and timed out on the v1.4.36 push. Pin a 30 s budget on
this single case (Vitest 4's two-arg `it(name, opts, fn)` form,
the deprecated three-arg form was removed) and leave the rest of
the suite on the default; the runtime is dominated by the giant
allocation, so the wider window only matters for the slowest
runners.
