Register the per-episode correlation and cross-episode insights GET routes in
the OpenAPI source and regenerate the spec so the iOS contract carries the
Derived findings shape. Cap and strip the free-text episode label before it
enters the Coach prompt — it is the one user-controlled string in the illness
context block, so collapse control and newline sequences and bound the length.
