Marc-André Bombeck 66081e7102 test(backup): restore the backup of an account that was erased

Nothing covered the operator's position after an erasure: a backup file,
an admin session, and a server that no longer knows the account. Export
the shared backup seed, delete the account through the settings route
under a 14-day window and run the purge job past its end, then:

- scan every text and JSON column for the account's id; only a
  rate-limit bucket that expires within a day may remain;
- upload the file as an admin: refused as owner_not_found, nothing
  stored (the documented contract);
- recreate the account row under its id, upload and restore: every
  section's count matches the export;
- point the file at a freshly created account, upload and restore: every
  count matches and nothing names the erased account afterwards.
