Marc-André Bombeck 4c873ebb37 fix(insights): give the overall assessment its own length budget ...

The overall-status card summarises up to six metrics, but it inherited
the single-metric 30-60 word budget, which forced the model to either go
generic or overrun. Grant the section an explicit 3-5 sentence / 50-80
word budget and cap it at naming two metrics by name, with the rest
mentioned only when they deviate notably from their own mean.
