Marc-André Bombeck 43b86e46da test(integration): move notification channel and workout route tests onto Postgres ...

The channel settings routes, their test-message routes, the reminder
thresholds and the workout detail, delete and batch-scope tests run through
the real handlers against the database. Only the far ends are faked (the
relay, the ntfy server, the Telegram Bot API, SMTP), and the tests assert what
those received. The private-origin source guard stays a unit test and now
points at the two files that carry its runtime proof.
