Adds an SSR integration suite that exercises InsightAdvisorCard +
RecommendationsGrid + RecommendationCard + ConfidenceMeter +
RecommendationFeedback all painting together so the cross-feature
slot positions don't silently regress. The B5c phase report flagged
that no e2e is feasible because /insights doesn't currently mount
the advisor card; the SSR test covers the same surface end-to-end.

Pins the severity-ordering preserves under low-confidence recs (an
urgent rec with 12% confidence still sorts above an important rec
with 80%) and confirms the grid wrapper unmounts cleanly when there
are no recs.
