Bump prettier 3.8.4 → 3.9.1, @aws-sdk/client-s3 3.1048.0 → 3.1075.0, @next/bundle-analyzer 16.2.6 → 16.2.9, @axe-core/playwright 4.11.3 → 4.12.1, and testcontainers 12.0.1 → 12.0.3; move the e2e cache step to actions/cache v6.1.0.
