Marc-André Bombeck 2bff80aaf9 chore(routes): remove duplicate /api/monitoring/{umami,glitchtip}/test endpoints ...

Both routes were superseded by their /api/admin/monitoring/{umami,glitchtip}-test
counterparts which are the variants the admin UI actually fetches.
The duplicated routes had no callers anywhere in the source tree.
