Marc-André Bombeck 0770ae3590 fix(jobs): retire the six per-metric status crons behind the nightly batch ...

The 02:00 batch builds every status card and falls each metric it cannot
cover back to that card's own path, so the 02:05 to 02:30 crons only
re-read cards the batch had just written. Their schedules and queues are
removed on an instance that still has them (`retireQueues`), and the
fresh-switch integration test drives the batch loop instead.
