Wire absolute red-flag floors (BP >=180/120, SBP <90, glucose <70/<54/ >=250) into the illness notification path, escalating only on a confirmed re-measured reading inside a 1h window, never diagnosing; asymptomatic -> re-check/contact doctor, symptom-coupled -> emergency. Glucose gated behind its module, BP core. Add an opt-in hasDiabetes pref (migration 0174) that switches the glucose target resolver to the tighter ADA goal bands; never auto-inferred. Resolver lives in the extracted targets builder.
