Marc-André Bombeck a35b77c147 feat(labs): serve one marker's lab line under the labs module ...

GET /api/biomarkers/{id}/series answers the line labSeries on
/api/timeline draws for that marker, gated on the labs module instead of
the opt-in timeline. The window rules move into resolveTimelineWindow and
the shared query rules into withWindowRules, so both routes cut the same
window and read the same loader; all starts at the marker's first reading.
