Marc-André Bombeck ad1554a36f Make the round-trip case actually round-trip ...

The flip from an authored recipe back to the defaults was written with the
retired pillar as the thing left out. With that pillar gone, both halves of the
case sent the same full list, so the first read false where it expected true and
the flip was never exercised at all.

It now takes out a pillar that still exists, and says at the assertion why the
two halves have to differ.
