Marc-André Bombeck fea1d1e0b5 chore: strip planning tags from comments and enable the rule
Output of `node scripts/strip-planning-tags.mjs --write`: 3,157 comment
lines in 1,308 files lose the work-item identifier at their head. Release
versions and issue references stay; nothing outside comment text
changes, which the script checks per file against a comment-free
printout. healthlog/no-planning-tags is enabled at error level with this
commit, so the tree it lands on is clean.

* Authenticated dashboard render — proves the seed user can reach the
* home dashboard and the core widgets paint without uncaught client
* errors.
*
* The dashboard self-gates each tile on (visible AND has data), so a
* fresh seed user with zero measurements would render an empty strip
* and skip all charts. Rather than seed measurements before this spec
* runs (which couples the spec to a particular signature of the
* `/api/measurements` shape), we mock `/api/analytics` and
* `/api/dashboard/widgets` to return a deterministic dataset. The
* widget layout + chart wrappers are pure enough that asserting on the
* mocked-data render exercises the same code paths as a real session.

// v1.4.39.3 — match `/api/analytics` AND any sliced variant
// (`?slice=summaries`). The v1.4.39.2 dashboard split mounts two
// parallel `useAnalyticsQuery` calls; the slim variant carries a
// `?slice=summaries` query string that the literal string glob
// `**/api/analytics` (Playwright minimatch) refuses to match,
// dropping the request to the real route. The seeded test user has
// no measurements so the real route returns empty summaries, and
// the dashboard's slim-first merge then blanked the tile strip.

//
// React error #418 is the hydration mismatch on this page, and it is
// exempted here rather than fixed, which needs the reason written down.
// It is not a regression: measured on 2026-08-04, a production build of
// the trunk with the SSR prefetch on (the shipped configuration) raises it
// on three loads out of three, on both viewports. With `DASHBOARD_SSR_PREFETCH`
// off — what this suite runs against — neither the trunk nor a feature
// branch raises it in isolation, and it appears only when the whole suite
// is running and the machine is loaded enough to change the streaming
// order. So the assertion was catching a pre-existing defect
// intermittently rather than guarding this page's own render.
//
// The defect is real and tracked: the server streams the route-level
// skeleton while the client's first pass renders the dehydrated snapshot,
// and React throws the server tree away. It costs a re-render of the
// dashboard subtree, no data. Remove this exemption in the same diff that
// fixes it; every other console error still fails this test.
