Both files had drifted copies of the docs-site guides, which carry the same sections and more, and nothing in the app, the scripts, the other docs or the site links to them. Each is now a short pointer to its guide.

Strava integration
The Strava guide lives on the docs site: https://docs.healthlog.dev/guides/connect-strava/. It covers what Strava adds (workouts only), how duplicate activities from a wearable are collapsed, registering the Strava API application, the first sync and disconnecting.
