Marc-André Bombeck a641a615c3 docs: point the Strava and Dawarich notes at their site guides

sections and more, and nothing in the app, the scripts, the other docs or
the site links to them. Each is now a short pointer to its guide.

Dawarich integration

The Dawarich guide lives on the docs site: https://docs.healthlog.dev/guides/connect-dawarich/. It covers what is read and what is never stored, connecting an instance, allowing one on your own network (DAWARICH_PRIVATE_ORIGINS), where the values show up, and disconnecting.
