The standard template carries SDNN and RMSSD since the wearable leaves
landed, and the cardio group has fifteen leaves. Assert the untouched
mobility group at zero instead.
Output of `node scripts/strip-planning-tags.mjs --write`: 3,157 comment
lines in 1,308 files lose the work-item identifier at their head. Release
versions and issue references stay; nothing outside comment text
changes, which the script checks per file against a comment-free
printout. healthlog/no-planning-tags is enabled at error level with this
commit, so the tree it lands on is clean.
The scope picker arrived with the standard doctor's report already ticked,
so someone who opened the panel and pressed Generate sent material they
never chose. Nothing is selected now until a person selects it.
The template keeps its definition and loses its automatic application: it
sits on a button at the top of the picker, named, on both surfaces that
mount the picker, and it stays there so the standard set can be restored
after experimenting. One click still gets a complete doctor's report.
Generate and the share-link create refuse an empty scope, with the scope
line beside them saying what to do rather than reporting a failure after
the press; the line also describes the control, so the disabled state is
not silent for a screen reader.
Everything on that page is server-rendered, so a row is visible long before
the client boundary that owns it is live. A chevron click landed on inert
markup about one run in four, and a `boundingBox()` occasionally came back
null because the node had just been replaced.
The page is one client boundary carrying the export panel and the sharing
card, so the sharing card's own query is a sound signal that the surface is
wired. One helper opens the page and waits for it; every case on that route
goes through it, including the disclosure case that was already doing this
by hand.
Three of the picker assertions resolved to two elements and failed strict
mode; they now name the export mount, and a new case pins that each mount
carries exactly one of every id the picker renders.
The included-data disclosure case asserted a collapsed first render. The
panel opens on a first run on purpose — that is the only place the standard
template is applied, and a template behind a closed disclosure is opt-out
wearing a hat — so the case now asserts the contract that replaced it: open
on first render, and still a disclosure, closing and reopening under the
same control.
The capability descriptor named `fhir:read` as the scope a narrow token needs
for the REST face. No code path mints a token carrying it — every mint grants a
wildcard, the medication ingest scope, or an MCP scope — so the face is
reachable by the owner's cookie session or a wildcard device token and by
nothing else. Advertising an unobtainable credential invites a client to go
looking for one. The constant stays where it belongs, as the fail-closed check
each route makes; the descriptor now reports the fact instead.
End-to-end coverage for the scope picker: the first run opens it expanded with
the fenced tier rendered and no group control over it, a group row clears the
44 px floor at 390 px, and a leaf grid opens from its chevron. All on stable
test ids rather than text a breakpoint can hide.
A spec that arms `page.route(...)` in a `beforeEach` and never drops the
handler races its own teardown. The context closes, an async handler is
still awaiting, its next call rejects with "Test ended.", and Playwright
attributes that to the test that had just passed. With `retries: 2` plus
`failOnFlakyTests`, which spec bites is a matter of timing.
`e2e/setup/test.ts` re-exports Playwright's `test` extended with an auto
fixture that unroutes every page and the context after each test, and
clears the page event listeners a spec subscribes to; `expect` rides
along so a spec needs one import. Auto means a spec author cannot forget
it and does not have to know it exists. Every spec now takes `test` from
there, and `e2e-route-cleanup-guard.test.ts` keeps the import boundary
closed with an allowlist that carries its reason.
The per-file `afterEach` on the cycle spec goes away — leaving both would
read as not trusting the fixture.
Not covered: a page inside a context a spec builds itself. Only
`share-documents.spec.ts` does that, and it owns those contexts.
Playwright's mobile project (Pixel 5 / isMobile) treats a Blob + anchor
click as a navigation and never emits a "download" event, so the two
settings-export download tests time out only on chromium-mobile while
passing on chromium-desktop. Skip them on mobile — the download wiring is
engine behaviour, not viewport-dependent, and stays covered on desktop.
The v1.18.0 settings IA split the full health-record export panel out of
/settings/export into its own top-level /settings/gesundheitsakte section.
The export-export page keeps the CSV/JSON tiles and import cards. Realign
the panel + included-data disclosure assertions to the new route; the CSV
tile assertions stay on /settings/export.
Add docs/integrations/data-import.md covering the Apple Health
export.zip path, the generic JSON import schema with the full
MeasurementType enum and canonical units, a worked example, and a
CSV-to-JSON conversion how-to. Fix the Apple Health doc to point at
Settings -> Export & Import instead of a non-existent import page. Extend
the export e2e spec with the import surfaces and the example-download
happy path.
Drop the obsolete doctor-report dialog spec (the interactive export-page
dialog was removed; the report now lives under the health-record export),
remove the doctor-report testid from the export smoke, and update the
integrations layout spec to three cards after the moodLog removal.
The Settings export page over-emphasised the doctor-report PDF: it owned
the page hero while the broader health-record export (PDF + FHIR R4 + zip
package) sat below it as a plain card. The relative prominence is now the
other way round.
- The health-record export panel takes the page hero, with the same
hero-gradient + glow-purple treatment the Insights hero strip uses.
- The doctor-report card drops the hero styling and moves to the bottom
of the page as a small secondary card. It stays fully functional — the
same dialog + /api/doctor-report flow runs from there.
- The health-record "included data" checklist is now a disclosure,
collapsed by default, so the panel opens compact instead of as a long
always-expanded list. It uses the inline aria-expanded/aria-controls
pattern already used elsewhere, with no new dependency.
Pure presentation/IA change: export routes, payloads, and the exported
data are untouched.

v1.4.37 lifted the doctor-report card from the export-tile grid to a
hero block on the export page; the test-ids renamed from
`export-card-doctor-report` / `export-action-doctor-report` to
`export-hero-doctor-report` / `export-hero-doctor-report-action`.
The Playwright suite still targeted the old ids and timed out on
every run since. Updates the two affected specs.
Adds an e2e smoke (`e2e/settings-export.spec.ts`) that:
1. Asserts the five export cards render with stable testids
(`export-card-doctor-report` etc) so the consolidated UI can't
silently regress to fewer than five cards.
2. Drives the Measurements CSV download end-to-end with the API
stubbed — the browser-side wiring is what we lock in here, not
the route's DB query (already covered by the integration test).
Component test coverage already landed in commit 621109c
(`export-section.test.tsx`); unit + integration coverage for the
endpoints landed in commit 226cac4 — this e2e is the missing piece.
