chore(package): add description, repository, license metadata

Fills the npm package metadata fields that GitHub package-cards,
package.json scrapers, and SBOM tooling pick up: description, license
(AGPL-3.0-only), homepage, repository, bugs, keywords. No runtime
behaviour change.
