+- **Self-hosting docs now generate a URL-safe Postgres password.** The setup examples used `openssl rand -base64 24`, which can emit characters (`/`, `+`, `=`) that break the unescaped `DATABASE_URL` and stop a fresh instance from connecting to its database. Every example now uses `openssl rand -hex 32`.
