+- **Marking a dose "taken" now records the dose on screen, not the one nearest the clock.** For a medication taken more than once a day (e.g. morning and evening), the "Taken" button now targets the specific dose the card is showing, instead of snapping to whichever slot is closest to the current time — so a morning tap can no longer land on the wrong dose.
