Updates the ChatGPT Codex model-slug ladder so assessments generate again after the backend rotated its identifiers. Splits the Targets/Sources settings pages, renames the section to AI Insights, and applies the metric-detail back-nav, dropdown padding, heading, and Sources-translation polish.
