From 4dd2a2b6bc3eae7e4ddae45c7bc07df399257a0b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: =?UTF-8?q?Marc-Andr=C3=A9=20Bombeck?= Date: Tue, 6 Oct 2026 19:46:44 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] feat(insights): show the daily briefing how active plans are going The briefing prompt carries the server-computed progress line of up to two active Coach plans, fenced as data because it quotes the person's own goal words. The model may mention one and may not invent one; the figures in the lines are admitted by the grounding gate like any other figure the server handed over. The lines join the snapshot fingerprint only when there is one, so an account without an active plan keeps its stored fingerprint, and a failure to build them drops the lines, never the briefing. --- .../comprehensive-plan-progress.test.ts | 176 ++++++++++++++++++ src/lib/insights/comprehensive-generate.ts | 75 +++++++- 2 files changed, 248 insertions(+), 3 deletions(-) create mode 100644 src/lib/insights/__tests__/comprehensive-plan-progress.test.ts diff --git a/src/lib/insights/__tests__/comprehensive-plan-progress.test.ts b/src/lib/insights/__tests__/comprehensive-plan-progress.test.ts new file mode 100644 index 000000000..0fb88d281 --- /dev/null +++ b/src/lib/insights/__tests__/comprehensive-plan-progress.test.ts @@ -0,0 +1,176 @@ +/** + * v1.41 — the daily briefing sees the person's active Coach plans as + * server-computed progress lines, fenced as data, and the briefing survives + * when they cannot be built. + */ +import { describe, it, expect, vi, beforeEach } from "vitest"; + +const findUnique = vi.fn(); +const userUpdate = vi.fn(); +const resolveProviderChain = vi.fn(); +const resolveProvider = vi.fn(); +const runRawCompletionWithFallback = vi.fn(); +const extractFeatures = vi.fn(); + +vi.mock("@/lib/db", () => ({ + prisma: { + // The briefing path now reserves against the day's token ledger before + // egress and reconciles after (`reserveBudget` / `reconcileSpend`), both + // over raw SQL.
